i remember this freak very well when i did a short stint at the CID when she was its "reverend" commissioner - she's a loony! a lot of the employees there really questioned her stability - i have heard of stories how she would count the parked cars outside the CID building. funny, huh? she was also said to "mumble to herself" during meetings that those present were not sure if she's listening at all or not ... weirdo.
i view mds as the worst balimbing ever in phil politics. she would lambast and would make her political adversaries into mincemeat with her sharp tounge but once they are in a higher power she would align herself with them. no wonder she's at the hall of shame at the univ. of the phil.
